Anime Only here! I love and appreciate both of your theories big time, and I indeed think Minerva is her mom. It makes sense ENTIRELY. Simple deduction really is key, but holy this anime is so unpredictable it's actually insane. It's the reason why Re:Zero is my top 3 anime of all time. It just makes your brain... tremble. Little Geuse pun, can't wait until ya'll see the conclusion to this season, and my GAWD this year HOPEFULLY Season 3 will be released Winter of 2024 going into 2025. We'll be getting news in March about the release date!

There is only 1 problem with Minerva being Emilia's Mom, the time-gap. Emilia's backstory takes place 108 years in the past, while Minerva died 400 years ago, there is a 300 year-gap that I can't explain nor justify in the theory :/ any ideas?
