20:00 The OVA isn't canon. That was just a "Suzuha's mom" the company who makes the anime came up with. Yuki from Steins;Gate 0 is Suzuha's canon mom.

Not really a spoiler, and I think its safe to let Ben and Anna know this. Back in Steins Gate, Ruka would always mispronounce Congroo. If you recall (Episode 18) the last conversation Okabe had with Ruka before turning him back to a boy, Ruka said "El Psy Congree" and Okabe corrected her.
