It was not the bomb threath that made Suzuha suspicious and wanted to leave, if you check that part of the episode and see what she said that led to her leaving you'll see it was the fact that they are still connected to SERN that made suzuha scared, it basically means they are watched by SERN which is why she just started looking around, basically being paranoid that they are being watched by them (which was probably true considering right after that they came). The bomb thing was just something that disrubted the whole "party" thing although it is could possibly be linked to what happened later. Also you probably forgot but they told Moeka last episode about them sending memories to the past and her reaction was a bit weird, she immediatly left them when she learned that and later in the same episode Okarin received the "You know too much" message, also you must remember he got previously a "I'm watching you" message which was basically confirmed in this episode seeing how Suzuha reacted to them being connected to SERN (basically SERN was watching them the whole time)and the fact he got these messages in his phone probably foreshadowed it being from Moeka since she has his phone address and has been repeatedly shown to text a lot.

Dude, don't try to explain everything that happen, just let them discover by themself. That's a big part of the experience to connect the dots even if they are not right at the begining, that's the point of the plot.

Around 28:00, when Anna points out that Kurisu "working for SERN" is maybe just that she won't have a chance not to and that she'll maybe be the one to actually invent time travel for SERN: I think that she kinda already did. Just at this moment in time, SERN is about to take Kurisu (and Okabe and Daru) *and* the time-leap machine that Kurisu, not Okabe or Daru, created, so in a way, Kurisu invented time travel for SERN. On another note: the story of Ben, his lightsaber and their neighbour is hilarious :D

'You must remember all the things that I remember perfectly having watched this show 2000 times including paying money to watch multiple people I've never met react to the show in order to relive my original feelings of watching for the first time vicariously through them'

Jonas

I only mentioned things they forgot, they will never discover these by themselves if they forgot them. Also didn't say they "must remember" as I remember, I only reminded them. I did not watch this show 2000 times, I actually never watched this full season more than 1 times and it's been 7 years since then, I'm rewatching it with them

I appreciate your forging your way through discussion after the emotional impact of that episode. It’s a testament to how great a job they do with the characters from writing, voice acting, pacing, etc. that it can hit the feels. There is a lot in this episode to appreciate from all the Okabe-Kurisu moments, to Daru’s accusation of Okarin not protecting his lab members from Kurisu’s cooking, and so on, which can get overlooked due to that impactful ending. Even in re-watch I get hit in the feels. Thanks again for sharing - and I agree with the above comment about Ben’s lightsaber story being hilarious.

That femme fatal skin-tight suit made no sense at all XD considering her personality...
