The edited version is already on Youtube. I think they just didn't upload an "early reaction" video for episode 1 since it just came out for everyone at the same time.

A quick non-spoiler clarification on the geography, cause it can be a little confusing because of the terminology they use. What they call "the underground" is actually a large network of Canyons on the opposite side of the river from Piltover. Other terms you'll hear them call it are "the lanes", the "fissures" (also calling people from there "Fissure Folk"). You also heard the one enforcer call them a derogatory term for the same thing "Trencher Trash". So technically they are underground, but not quite in the same way as say the underground city in Attack on Titan from Levi's OVA.
