The song you really like is called "Barricades" and was actually used already in the season 2 finale. I think it was the only time it was used so I was glad to see it put to even better use here.

Something to add to the Gabi and Sasha comparison is the way they saved Kaya. Sasha did the exact same thing of lunging towards a titan and shoving, in her case an arrow, into the titans face. This fact made Kaya remember Sasha at that moment.

only 6 more episodes to go :'( i feel like you started season 1 yesterday! i love how pepole hype episodes 19-20-21.. while episode 22 is such a rollercoaster to emotions... i want to say gabi grew up 50 years of smartness in 1 episode, but there so many great moments, connie, pixis, all the nile to sasha moment. the song playied in full lengh during the episode is 'barricades' and the short version playied in season 2 episode 12, started when historya told Ymir aslong they together she's not afraid anymore (then went and kill her first titan.. what a queen) there something refreshing in your reaction in how the show exciting you, hurt you, and surprise you. i also realy like the review.. being sharp on topics but realisticly going too long into point of view.. which i appreciate. so how Anna father enjoying the show so far?.. you waiting to finish the show before you talk with him over it?

p.s. about the Jaw titan hardening skull, its true and interesting Ymir didnt had it... but Ymir used the jaw to be able to talk abit i guess.. also the jaw titan might've been belong to galiard family for generations so maybe they can utilise the jaw class..

ymir was was born into poverty and was an orphan adopted by cultist and stranded in paradis and then became a soldier , Galliards were both training as warriors and Marley spent lots to make them utilise their titan power to an extent that ymir has not experienced. thats all to it imo

I believe it's all genetics. I believe some Eldians are just naturally gonna have better titan forms and Marley does research on the candidates to choose the best candidates. Like how Porco and Marcel were supposed to get both the Armour and the Jaw, because their bloodline seems like it is the best fit. Maybe they just manifest sharper claws and more armored bodies.

Yea you right. Its probably both. But I think its too late with the Titan Aryan genetic road lmao. Since season 2 there has been emphasis on just naturally gifted/powered bloodlines (i.e., royal and ackermans)

^ good point. but to put into perspective , it make sense that jaw galliards look the same coz they are brothers (genetics) and ymir (malnuorished titan /and tortured eldian pre syringe turned to titan compared to galliards warrior dictatorial military training before turning to pure titan and consuming jaw, ymir just had it bad (not as bad as the og ymir)

(I'm not a manga reader, spoilers for s4pt2 if you're not caught up)........ Well, that's what I thought. That Ymir didn't have any experience with it and that's why she didn't have the skull. But then Falco happened. He didn't have any training with it either, so how come he got the skull and Ymir didn't? If I'm not wrong, they were training to be the next armoured titan, not the next jaw titan. I guess it's an inconstancy and a little mistake this show has. It's not perfect but close to perfection. At least there's no explanation to it YET idk if in the last 9 episodes they will reveal it in a way that makes sense but I don't think so.
