This comment is out of topic but I will put it in here anyway, Tsundere is the term used to describe someone who's violently bashful. Like : Tyga from Toradora or Inuyasha from Inuyasha. On the other hand Yandere is someone who is obsessive and psychotic. Like : Yuno gasai from Future Diary. and I think you use the Tsundere term to describe Yandere characters.

Now that you mention it, I'd like to have seen Gasai Yuno's Tsun-Tsun and Tyga's Yan-病.It brings back memories, but even so, their figures are still too expensive. …sry for out of topic+.

Being violent isn't actually necessary for a tsundere, it's a falnderization of the archetype due to the popularity of certain Tsundere characters that showed those behaviours, like Taiga. Tsundere just describes characters who begins with a harsh/aloof personality (the tsun part), but slowly revealed a soft and vulnerable interior over time (the dere part), or that use a cool/harsh exterior to hider their vulnerability/embarrassment. To take an example from something they watched, Makise "Christina" Kurisu from Steins;Gate is very much a Tsundere and so are Kaguya and Shirogane from Love is war, well pretty much the entire student council displays some level of Tsundere tendencies. Violence can be part of it but isn't necessary.
