The title's definitely not a Half-Life reference, I swear. 

A woman having injected herself with a newfound serum from her workplace as a lab assistant, said to help increase breast size, finds herself in a pickle after her breasts aren't the only things changing about her body. 

She can't deny that her mamories did indeed grow, overwhelmingly and frighteningly so, but she had not anticipated to grow more of them. Nor the fur spreading across and between them, or the claws popping out of her delicate nails. Apparently the serum had not yet been approved and its *feral* side effects weren't documented. She finds herself an unwilling first human test subject and starts changing into a wolf as a Full Moon casts its arousing shadow across her growing body. Her coworkers are in for quite the surprise the next day when they come asking about her absence that day.
