Today I'm going to show you a hint of what's coming for the management experience in General Practitioner.

In future updates you will have the opportunity to manage the clinic even further by hiring the proper staff to perform duties for you when you're doing something else, being it going to the hospital or to the gym or whatever pleases you.

An hiring interface will show all available candidates for a job opportunity and will also show some stats which will reflect on the actual gameplay.

You will be able to hire a "Head Nurse", more nurses, Doctors (like you already did with Borelli, Kaplan or Poulsen) but even administration personnel, technicians and specialized ob/gyn personnel, each with a distinctive ID-card color like many hospitals do to recognize who's what.

The management will improve over the updates as this is a mid-range development goal, but I believe that will give plenty of fun to the overall experience. While some characters will be just "dummies" for automatic tasks, other you'll be able to interact with and even flirt with (the doctos IS a Casanova after all :))

Looks great. I'm always amazed by the scope of your project. It sure is ambitious, but I can believe that you will actually manage to do it.

Thank you. Step by step I'm adding many features to the game and I'm testing many of them to see if they actually fit the whole thing. I'm certain this will be a funny element of gameplay. The roadmap showing a Beta in 2020 isn't a lie but a concrete development path based on my current possibilities. If something I talk about doesn't get to the final game it's just because testing pointed out the mechanic was faulty in some way (that's what's happening with house calls for example, which I'm improving before releasing them). I believe this feature will allow much fun and simulation, while also being not mandatory for those who just want to feel the story without micro-managing stuff. :)

Hey BM, just out of curiosity: are you still working towards choices and consequences and different kinks (cheating or ntr or similar, etc..)? I love all the aspects of the game but I'm especially interested in those ones to enrich it :)

Yes of course, that's part of the main plot and it has already been released to Patrons even this month, and it's always present in each update. These are "minor" changes to gameplay that I hope will add to the overall experience!
