0.0.13 Pre-Release for 5$+ patrons download with Pharmacy (Patreon)

This is the mid release of General Practitioner 0.0.13, which includes the Random Examinations of children released last month. Since the random exams have been played by many people who reported many bugs I think it's safe for everyone to download that version, hence there won't be a "non-rep" release for Patrons to download.

Please read the changelog as usual and please remember this is an ALPHA release, therefore it IS buggy and incomplete and it's your help which allows me to polish the game, since it's getting very big right now.

To start the story chapter, if you don't use the "Skip to the update" feature, you need to have Rita as your girlfriend and ask her for a date after August 8th. 

This release includes the new sex scenes, pharmacy gameplay and more 'study' cases.

The game is savegame compatible with releases from public 0.0.11 and later.
