Even though the flu and a month which is three days shorter I managed to deliver the biggest update to the game, which will cover a complete story chapter involving the Doctor's past, his relationship with his relative and her own family and new options for the clinic.

In this update you can hire your sister/cousin to work at St. Mary's, which will allow you for a bigger income while working.

Also, you can play the three new medical examinations (Aria, Beatrix, Sara) and discover new ways to interact with your patients with the new "Undress mechanic" that will be introduced in earlier exams too!

Choose to live together with your relative at your apartment. If she lives with you there will be a 60% chance to access twenty new interactions with her while choosing to "Relax" at home, thus increasing the possibilities the game offer.

Interactions with your cohabitant could also unlock brand new quests that will be developed in future updates, which will also add to replayability.

And while you're at it don't forget to check the 14 new "case studies" which will raise the total to 30 and will offer insights on this beautiful General Practitioner profession!

Many things have changed, there are now more than 1700 high-quality images. I hope you'll enjoy the game and continue to support its development!
