Rita hasn't always been the character you know. Early drafts of the game used a different model for her, the one you see in the picture above.

Then, right before starting development of the game, I saw the Tamara character on Daz3d's shop and I switched to that for the final game.

Tamara-Rita was the first item I bought from the store and she was the first patient I drew for the game, along with her icecream story.
