New rewards for patrons (Patreon)

I changed the rewards for 20$ and 30$ patrons, to better thank them for the invaluable support.

20$ patrons:

- Starting with 009 in December you will be able to download the instruction manual PDF. It will contain artworks, game mechanics, a little walkthrough, hints and a character database plus medical references used in the game.

- You will be able to name a patient with the name you wish (limit to three patient per month).
This reward was available to 30$ patrons until now.

Other rewards stay as usual.

30$ patrons:

- All of the above

- You can name a new character (not only a patient) with the name/surname you wish each month!

 Other rewards stay as usual. 

I will of course add new rewards as the game progresses. I hope you'll like the additions.
