Flirty patients in 0.0.3 (Patreon)

Beginning with next monday release of 0.0.3 (version "b") and of course avalaible on the full release it's a new feature which was present in some way since the start but was then removed with the introduction of 0.0.2.

I'm talking about the ability to flirt with your patients. On the screen you'll see the level of trust of the patient. The more trust you get the more the examination will be successful. It could also help to unlock some behaviours from them and set a path to future sexual relationships with them too.

Not every patient will react the same way to the same question, while some won't be flirtable with at all (i.e. children, but their parents are a whole different kettle of crawdads. :D )

Patients' trust also influences the entire examination outcome.

This feature will only be avalaible in "Story mode", while in Vanilla and Exam modes you won't be able to flirt with them at all.
