UPD//Thumbnail is missing :( (Patreon)

Hey, guys! I've posted my eye drawing tutorial, but for some reason, the thumbnail isn't showing up on Patreon, and I just can't figure out why. It seems like there might be a bug on Patreon's end. The video works fine; you just have to click on the white rectangle, and the video will be available to you. I'm going to try other methods to upload the video. I'm so frustrated. If you have any ideas on how to fix this, I would be so grateful. But so far, nothing has helped :(
