so just some information about the show guys, it has 4 seasons netflix says it has 5 but season 2 and 3 are 1 season split in two because of time problems when making them. so season 2 finale might feel anti climatic because it's not sepose to be a finale

I assume people said the first 3 were the worst bc they were set up and starting this episode is when the Princess recruitment and meeting all the characters starts. But I feel like quality and story progression wise they're all great. I don't think ep 4 is worse than the first 3 or better.

People always like to shit on a first season when it does what a first season is meant to, which is establishing the world and characters. Apparently that's boring, but without it the overreaching arc wouldn't have legs to stand on. It's the foundation for what's to come :3

The weird thing for me about season 1 is that while yes, it feels like the weakest individual season (albeit with some amazing episodes in addition to the world building), there's a whole lot of really subtle stuff packed into it that only really pops out on a rewatch.

I think Hordak is weirdly likeable (to the audience,) because he seems more sensible with leadership than some other villains who constantly do pointless, counterproductive stuff because they're just evil like that.
