I think you guys would enjoy RWBY. It just started its 9th season(episode 4 comes out saturday) and it has a lot of anime and fairytale influence. A lot of people complain about the animation bc it's CG, and I understand not everyone likes that, but that's the only complaint I've heard about it. The early episodes are super short tho, I'm pretty sure on episode in season one is like 2 min and 30 seconds long including the opening, about season 3 i think the epsodes even out to about 20 min each. But the fights are amazing the monster designs are one of my favorites and it has an amazing story. It's an American made show but everyone considers it an anime, so much so it actually got an anime adaptation (last year I think).

Fun Fact: Terri's voice actress is also the voice of Sadie in Steven Universe. Also... it is confirmed that both The Owl House and Amphibia (and Gravity Falls as well) share the same universe, the difference is that Amphibia's story takes place in 2018 which is 2 years before the events of The Owl House (2020).
