WHAT WAS THE WHITE POWDER I HAVE TO KNOWWWWWWWWW

kevin (btw i'm a girl)

Lars isn’t the worst I love characters like him and I honestly don’t like character development sometimes 😂 I love when villains stay evil and not turn good or into heroes. I love when mean people stay mean it’s the way they are that make me like them in the first place 🤷‍♀️

dotto

bruh im so slow at noticing this but is sadies va the same as webbys from ducktales??

drac

Great reaction as always guys! Honestly I feel like I'm the only one who thinks Sadie trapping Lars and Steven on an island is forgiven a little too quickly just because she's a badass, she wanted to help but that's still super manipulative of her to do. Even if she didn't intend to come onto Lars, I don't think that changes the weight of her actions by much.

DementisXYZ

I remember being blown away by the kids between Lars and Sadie, just how passionate it was for a kids show. Caught me off guard. And yeah, she is hard-core. Since you guys are moving through these so much faster now, I feel it's VERY important to note that both Hulu and HBOMax have incorrect episode orders at the end of Season 1/start of season 2. They're in order of when they aired, which got screwed up by Cartoon Network, so after Season 1, episode 45, they get screwy for a little bit. The Intended Viewing Order: S1 E46: Open Book (listed as S1 E51) S1 E47: Shirt Club (listed as S2 E3) S1 E48: Story for Steven (listed as S2 E2) S1 E49: The Message (listed as S1 E46) S1 E50: Political Power (listed as S1 E47) S1 E51: The Return (listed as S1 E48) S1 E52: Jail Break (listed as S1 E49) S2 E1: Full Disclosure (listed as S1 E50) S2 E2: Joy Ride (listed as S1 E52) S2 E3: Say Uncle (listed as S2 E1) From Season 2, episode 4, the episode order is normal for the rest of the series. Yes, though, this is how bad it was. I hope you guys see this, 'cause trust me, things feel very awkward otherwise. PS: I apologize in advanced, but I'll likely be copy/pasting this into future episodes for certainty, unless you guys tell me "Hey, we've seen it, we get it."

If you remember together breakfast in that episode steven started out in Pearls room, then fell down pearls waterfalls into amethysts room and then found his way to the heart, slid down past Rose's room and then he made it to Garnet's room, they are all interconnected and Amethyst doesnt have that puddle to like spy on Garnet or such, its just accidentally there with them all being interconnected

VJ Sins

Ah yes, our 1st gem shards(other than the Frybo episode) Not gonna spoil much but remember what we know about gems, ok if their body is damaged but if their gem is shattered, its unfixable.

Cloud Kitsune

Lars is definitely not the worst character in this show, and while he can be the typical irate teenager, especially early in, this episode actually made me dislike Sadie for being manipulating. Her "trying to help Lars" had good intentions, but forced someone against their will to be trapped on an island for WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. Don't forget SHE had a crush on HIM. So Lars developing feelings for her during that period is technically what she wants--which is also super bad and shady, if you think about it.

Seraphem

Yeah, their relationship is not healthy on either of their ends.

Seraphem

Steven is just, such an oblivious little cinnamon roll sometimes.

JRax 17

Honestly, that is an issue A lot of people have all the shows throughout the series characters do a lot of really morally questionable things but still love it. It honestly makes it more realistic.

drac

Oh no, that's not really my issue. I love when characters make morally questionable choices- it's great, leads to more depth if written well and all that fun stuff. I'm more so talking about how I dislike when fans talk about how one character is 'such a jerk' and then completely gloss over the terrible thing another character did, which has always been my issue with this episode and fans ever since it aired. Nothing against the guys, of course though!

How dare you do us dirty like that and not let us know what the mysterious white stain was
