"In Order To Save Their Lives, I Must Be Willing To Betray Them."

Hey Guys Tusken Here!

I just wanted to inform you all that I am starting to work on a Sci-fi Fantasy Game set in a world of swords and magic but with a twist. My vision of this story is that it will be similar to Sword Art Online's story of being trapped in a video game where you could die in real life.

The reason why I am doing this is that I want to provide you all with something to enjoy whilst I learn how to create custom show-accurate character cards for my Naruto HRPG, as well as give me time to fully understand and develop my understanding of RPGMaker to create a wonderful game that you all deserve.

This idea came after I played a bit of Cyberpunk 2077 (Netrunners are so cool!)

But unlike conventional stories where the main character is transported to another world as a Hero or a Demon King, I thought it would be much more interesting for the player to become the Demon King's Strongest Servant instead, fighting against his classmates for extra drama.

Story Pitch:

A brief pitch of this story is that you (The MC) are a high schooler whose parents work overseas and are completely broke. In order to make ends meet you decide to take up a part-time job at a massive company creating astounding A.I and Ultra-Realistic Virtual Reality Technology called "NexusCorp".

Long story short, Nexuscorp is working on creating two different ways of implementing its VR technology for public consumption:

- The first is through a VR Education System called "Dreamscape" where students wear headsets that send data straight to a person's brain, Similar to Arasaka Academy from Cyberpunk Edgerunners.

-The second is through an Ultra Realistic Virtual Reality game called "Eternia" Which is basically a massive MMORPG with swords and magic similar to Sword Art Online's "Elfheim". Where the players (Your Classmates) must defeat the Demon Lord and open a giant door called "The Gate of Nirvana" to escape the game.

This is where You (The MC) come in, as a Student working as a trainee game programmer for "Nexuscorp", you have had a great opportunity to work on "Eternia", and have even worked to provide the necessary codes for the Demon King's Strongest Servant, the Death Knight "Tenebrous" who is an NPC (and the Character you ultimately end up becoming in the game.). The kicker in the story is that the "Players"  (Your Classmates) can respawn which means that you are able to kill them.

Unfortunately for you, however, because you are an NPC if you die in the game, you die in real life, and if your classmates are able to kill the Demon King and open the"Gate of Nirvana" before the external Game Dev's at Nexuscorps' game department finish fixing "Eternia's" bugs the game will crash and every single person trapped in the game will die.

It is your duty to grow stronger, infiltrate and destroy your classmates' base, and protect the demon to stop everyone from dying.
