As you all know, Tekken 8 released on 26th January.

All the modders are hard at work to reverse engineer the game to enable modding.

The game is expensive in some regions. So, you can get the Demo version to test your PC's performance with it.

In game costumes are very basic and boring.

Here is some info from the Modding community on Tekken 8 Mods.

Mods that are Possible

Static Meshes: Changes to beach ball or eye-glasses.

Texture Mods: Partial working custom logo/colors.

Blueprint Mods

Audio Mods

Custom Materials Instances: for Texture mods.

Custom Particles

Mods that are Not Possible

Skeletal Meshes: Required for Character mods.

Custom Materials: required for correct color or clothes and skin.

Custom Stages

So, what does this mean?

Character mods with completely new costumes are currently not possible.

Some modification to existing costumes is possible but the scope is very limited.

Rest assured, there is a lot of activity regarding the exploration that is currently going on. We may get Tekken8 custom mods sooner than we got them for tekken7.

What about Tekken 7 mods?

I still have many unreleased tekken 7 mods that will come in the next few days.

Can I get Tekken8 costumes into tekken 7?

Yes, but there are very limited exciting costumes in tekken8. (more reason to make new costumes for tekken8)

I will be working in the coming days to adapt the tekken8 costumes to tekken 7.
