Rally Vincent (again!) (Patreon)

I was commissioned by @/SnekBigSteppy to draw Rally Vincent again! It's always a pleasure to draw her. This one is specifically based off this image, but instead this one is a full body drawing and she is wearing her outfit from the OVA.

I also included a transparent version and some wips, including an orange background that i didn't end up using.
