Thrilled you're tackling classic hand drawn animation, so little of it to go around anymore

What frame rate are you using? Classic DIsney and Warner Bros animation was actually 12 frames per second - "shooting on twos", each cell shot twice to make 24 separate frames. Up until "Roger Rabbit" {where the animation HAD to be "on ones", because the live action footage was}, the only Disney project where the animation was ALL "on ones" was "The Old Mill"
