This is a small thing that I threw together as concept art for what I was thinking as a shop vendor "costume". Because it's meant to be an NPC looking at "you", straight on, I think I plan on repurposing the cowgirl assets as a base for NPCs in this game. However, I would like to show off their arms and hands this time for some more expression.
