Good morning, afternoon, night, everyone!

I've been in the dark for a little bit, but that's courtesy of college. Regardless, work has steadily been progressing in all facets! As a small aside from Cow Clicker, however, I wanted to give a small update on PROJECT Dungeon!

Since dropping that little barebones tech demo I've been tweaking the menu design, expanding on inventory things just a little bit, and am working on actual skill point functionality. The next step from there would be to design the battle system, which is going to be turn-based. The plan is for the visual style to be similar to RPG Maker/Earthbound look where the enemies are displayed in front of you.

This might change, but that's what I'm thinking. I'd like for it to be this way so that the earlier player graphic that was teased before is a visual of yourself that you can always have on-screen which will actively show the effects of what's happening to your character as the game and battles ensue.

Aside aside from that, an NPC! After discussing it with others, I think a fun spin on this kinky dungeon crawler RPG is for it to be one with a twist! An RPG that's not an RPG? One gone wrong in every kinky aspect, I suppose. Say if thematically the core of this dungeon is something like a daycare, it only makes sense that an all-knowing NPC that can help you on your brave quest would be a daycare worker themselves, right?

I'm thinking of them as being "all-purpose", meaning that they take the place of most roles where a unique NPC might be. The fun part though is that as real as this dungeon is, they don't see it that way. Instead, to them, it's all pretend and a legitimate game.

My main idea that set this off is thinking of a shop vendor, except for this NPC you can tell that it's them with just a small/silly costume change (e.g. still in their daycare uniform, but put on a big floppy witch's hat, etc.).

I'm hoping to start cranking out a design for this NPC later tonight, but I wanted to share this not only as a progress update, but also as a chance for everyone to shoutout some visual trait they may like to see in such a person that will be involved with the character (you!) a lot!

If you would like to toss anything in the pot, leave a comment! I don't hear from ya folk enough! Regardless, thank you as always for your support!
