Tweaks and Sprites

• Changed Patch notes button sprite
• Added on-screen settings button
• Still accessible with 'esc' key
• Patch notes now close with escape button
• Slight tweak to upgrade pricing
• Added "buy 25" option, activated by "Z" key
• Upon save mis-match game force closes, no longer restarts
• Will need to manually restart game after closing moving forward

- Created pause menu ('esc')
  - Can control resolution, full screen, and sound settings
  - Quit game button now lives here; autosaves on exit
- New unit "Milk Condensing Chamber"
- Game friendlier for <1920x1080 resolutions for text readability
  - Game is still intended for 16:9 aspect display, 1920x1080 or higher is ideal
  - Minimum supported resolution at the moment is 1280x720
- Now with more menus and scrolling!
- Fixed bug with bottle units being scrollable (Outdated, scrapped feature)
