I agree with the theory made on the Discord that Candy is a spy for Byland in order to get other women turned into bimbos. I mean, with an already smoking body like hers and a name like Candy Cummings, something feels off when she mentions she has brought "other girls" to the Byland Tower. That being said, Candy is still my favorite designed character. :)
