This was one of the outfits suggested for Rozy to wear when I was asking around~ Based on the clown gal from that spring arm fighting game~  Poofy pants are cute! ^^

Very adorable! I wonder what it would look like if you attempted to dress her up like Marx from the Kirby franchise. Would she just wear a jester hat, shoes, and otherwise be naked? I bet the wings would look cool on her!
