I think the one in glasses is dressed like Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail and the one in the middle is... baby poof bell? I have to say either way that is a very fun image. Honestly I could see a full more written story of that of how the two would keep trying to make sure the middle one stayed in costume all weekend no matter what.
