Savanna themed sketches are here. Finally, we got a chance to peek into the life of the people of this kingdom. Stories for each are down there. I hope you'll enjoy them. :)

River Crossing

For a long time, it was the duty of the crocodiles to protect the people at the river crossings, helping with the packages, or rescuing one from danger, but mainly to prevent feral attacks. Nowadays their simple presence is enough to keep the beasts away, meaning they have more time to help others to cross safely and to accept the gratitude of their admirers.

Watering hole

In the dry season, the water sources are getting scarce, so the visitors have to share the space with a lot of others. It's getting really tight there sometimes, and people bump into each other all the time. Luckily, they're used to it, and don't mind some little accidents. Some say it's part of the ideal experience.

Hunting Grounds

The hyenas and the wild dogs have a long history of disputes over the hunting grounds. When the opposing groups run into each other it often ends up in a brawl. There are some who prefer to stay out of these confrontations, and hide in the cover of the tall grass. Sometimes they even make new friends to hide with.

Cheetah King

There was a report of hyena activity at a distant village, so the huntresses have sent out their fastest member to check on the situation. It turns out that wasn't a hyena, but a very handsome cheetah, who bears the markings of a king. According to an old cheetah tale, the king will return one day and unite all of the cheetahs. Could this be him? Probably not, but seeing someone with these markings made her very excited.

Huntress Exchange

It's a tradition in the lion kingdoms to exchange one of their huntresses with a huntress from another kingdom, to learn the culture of the locals, and share some of their own. A few months later she'll return home, and tell her king about everything she learned. This kind of cultural exchange is a sign of good relations between the two nations.

Royal Gardens

As the king's heir, the prince has a lot of duties, probably a lot more than the king himself. He's working hard, but once he's free, he prefers to spend his time in the royal gardens, to relax. According to the gossips, he took interest in gardening lately, and he even got the tender of the gardens to give him some private lessons.
