Charles Doyle listened to Kingpin's offer, and although he didn't show it on his face, he was internally astonished.

Two billion dollars was a significant amount of money, and his current assets amounted to only about five hundred million dollars. This amount of money could allow him to do a lot of things.

Initially, he had thought about offering a "high price" of one billion dollars, but it seemed that his foresight was short-sighted.

"Kingpin, you should know that when you issue a commission, you need to pay fifty percent of the commission fee upfront. After completion, you'll pay the remaining fifty percent."

Kingpin smiled and, truth be told, two billion dollars was not a small sum. It represented one-fifth of his entire net worth, and he felt a bit reluctant to part with it for a commission, even if it was for such a significant task.

But he also understood that by spending two billion dollars to eliminate the Hand in the United States and kill Madame Gao, he wouldn't be at a loss. After all, Madame Gao had already begun to threaten his existence.

"Charles, we've been old friends, haven't we?"

"I understand your rules very well. I've already prepared the money in advance."

Upon hearing that Kingpin had already prepared the money, Charles smiled and said, "Okay, let's proceed to sign the commission contract."

Charles pressed a button on the table, and soon, Iruka knocked on the door, then entered the room, handing Charles a blank commission scroll. He then left the room and closed the door.

With the blank commission scroll in hand, Charles quickly wrote down the details of the mission. It read:

Client: Wilson Fisk

Contractor: Charles's Agency

Mission: Eliminate Madame Gao and exterminate all members of the Hand within the United States.

Commission Fee: Two billion US dollars.

After completing the mission details, Charles placed the commission scroll in front of Kingpin.

Kingpin picked up the commission scroll, glanced at it, and, upon seeing the mission to eliminate all Hand members in the United States, he wasn't surprised. He simply looked up at Charles and signed his name on the scroll.

Charles put away the scroll and then smiled, "How would you like to make the payment, by credit card, bank transfer, or cash?"

Given the size of the payment, even a wealthy man like Kingpin didn't dare to use credit card or bank transfer for such a transaction. He replied, "Cash, bearer bonds, and a batch of gold."

Charles shrugged his shoulders, not bothered by Kingpin's preferred payment method. As long as the money was deposited, he was satisfied.

Kingpin took out his phone, made a call, and then said, "Have the convoy drive to the garage of Charles's Agency."

After ending the call, Kingpin placed two briefcases on the table, opened one of them, and said, "This one contains three hundred million worth of unregistered Osborne Industries stocks, three hundred million worth of Coca-Cola Company stocks, and three hundred million worth of Stark Industries stocks."

"Stark Industries stocks may have experienced a drop today due to recent events, but, in turn, Osborne Industries stocks will have increased. Altogether, they are worth nine hundred million dollars."

"The remaining one hundred million, I'll give you 50 million in cash and 50 million in gold."

Charles accepted the briefcase with the unregistered stocks and quickly checked them. He nodded to indicate that the transaction was acceptable.

After Charles put away the nine hundred-million-dollar worth of stocks, Kingpin opened the other briefcase. It contained some used, unwashed tableware.

"This is tableware that Madame Gao has used. It carries her scent, and I believe this could be useful to you."

Kingpin then closed the box and pushed it in front of Charles.

Charles was very satisfied with what Kingpin provided. It was no surprise that they were old friends and he understood Charles's needs well.

Kingpin's phone rang at this moment. He picked it up, answered the call, and then hung up, saying, "The remaining money has been delivered to the back door of your agency. Please arrange for someone to receive it."

Charles pressed the button on the table again, and Iruka quickly entered the room. He asked, "Is there anything you'd like to order, Lord Charles?"

"Take a few people to the back door of the garage and collect all the items that Kingpin sent into the vault."

Upon hearing Charles Doyle's instructions, Iruka replied, "Certainly, Lord Charles. I'll handle it."

Watching Iruka leave, Charles opened a bottle of 50-year-old Macallan single malt whisky on the table, poured two glasses, and placed one in front of Kingpin, saying, "Cheers to the successful completion of the mission and the resolution of your troubles."

Kingpin picked up the glass, nodded in agreement, and then downed the drink, saying, "Thank you!"

...

After receiving the initial payment for the commission, Charles escorted Kingpin outside the agency.

Upon entering the system interface, Charles immediately submitted the commission scroll they had just signed to the Task Assembly Hall, and the mission evaluation was quickly determined.

It was an A-rank mission, with rewards of 5000 reputation points, 500,000 copper coins, and one exquisite treasure chest.

Seeing that it was only an A-rank mission, Charles couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed.

Perhaps it was because it was merely about cutting off one finger of the Hand and eliminating all Hand members in the United States. This level of task didn't qualify for an S-rank.

If it were a mission to completely exterminate the Hand, it would likely be an S-rank task.

Charles then checked the completed missions for Rock Lee and Sasuke, and upon finding them finished, he immediately claimed the rewards.

A total of 1000 reputation points, 100,000 copper coins, and two common treasure chests!

Exiting the system space, Charles took out his phone and sent messages to his team members, instructing them to gather in the meeting room.

...

Meeting Room-

Ginny, Umino Iruka, Uchiha Sasuke, Rock Lee, and Charles Doyle were all present.

As for Cross and his son and John Wick, who were abroad, they hadn't received Charles's message due to the distance. While they possessed decent abilities, they were too far away.

Seeing everyone had gathered, Charles was the first to speak, "Today, Kingpin entrusted me with a mission, a substantial one. The mission is of great importance and is rated as an A-rank mission."

"For this mission, I hope that everyone will participate."

Hearing Charles's words, no one had any objections; they all nodded in agreement.

Charles took out a hard drive from his pocket and handed it to Ginny, then said, "Your role in this mission won't involve combat, but it's not simple either."

"Inside this hard drive, you'll find information on all the buildings associated with Rand Corporation within the Hell's Kitchen.”

“Your task is to classify all the completed and unfinished buildings, and then coordinate with the High Table's forces in New York to identify buildings where Hand members are gathering."

"There's one specific building under the Rand Corporation's jurisdiction that I need you to find."

Afterward, Charles provided them with information about the Dragon's Blood, the Hand, and Madame Gao.
