Monthly Exclusives. I want to keep doing them as a fun community project kind of thing, but simply put: I'm not making enough money here on Patreon to justify doing an extra animation every month. Especially knowing my ambitious ass and the quality standards I put on my own work. So for now, I'm scoping them down to just be illustrations with alts, or at the very least not as complicated as some of the stuff I've been doing the last couple months. Animations have been taking more and more time as I've been improving quality and I've been enjoying them so much more recently, but they take a lot of time. Time is money, and I gotta pay rent. I'm not opposed to returning to animations in the future, but I need to make sure I'm allocating my time correctly given the money I'm making here.

Illustrations and Alts. This one is tough, I want to try and do alts where I can, but I've been feeling like I want to start moving towards doing only animations and uploading them when they're ready instead of trying to meet my usual Friday upload. I feel like a lot of the illustrations I've been doing recently have felt like I've only been doing them to hit that upload deadline but its still content that takes A LOT of time away from other projects and doing alts for animations is so much work. Moving forward, I think illustrations will be more impromptu as I get inspired by random stuff and any alts that aren't posted publicly are still going be in the $5+ tiers. Its just content I don't think I will be able to provide reliably serve in the future.

WIPs. Since I want to work on animations more consistently, I want make the $10+ tier BTS benefits a little more fulfilling. I'm usually exporting stuff at different stages of the process anyways so moving forward I'm going to start updating the WIP posts and posting extra WIP stages for animations like clean linework, etc. to help show the full process as I work through it. Hopefully not too frequently that it becomes cumbersome XD. CSP also reduced the file size for time lapses so I'll try to snag those whenever I do illustrations as well.

Source Files. I think the way I did these before is fine, however since I set my patreon to anniversary billing (renews a month after the day you sign up, instead of the start of the month) It doesn't make sense to do them the way I have done them in the past. They've also been a little difficult to find. Going forward, I'll do individual source file post for a piece when its finished as well as the usual batch of them at the end of the month. This should hopefully mean that you'll have access to the source files for projects you've seen while you still have benefit access instead of needing to wait or time your payment with the beginning/end of the month.

Early Access. Oh boy, this one kinda pains me, but I think I'm going to move early access out of the $1 tier. The dollar tier was originally meant to be a silly tip tier and has grown larger than I initially wanted with the current benefits. I want to make early access actually early access now and reliably about a week ahead of the public post. While it makes my life easier to not have to edit tier access and stuff here, with the addition of the Monday doodles and the upcoming reduction in illustrations and alts, I want to move this benefit back to the $5+ to help compensate those tiers. Been thinking about adding a $3 tier to help bridge the gap here.

Pick your Poisons. Getting removed. This was a fun concept initially, though I think the terminology and its initial purpose have become a bit outdated at this point. If I ever run polls, it'll be for the tiers that it makes sense to do them at. No need for this to be marked as its own benefit.

Full Resolution Content. I feel like I don't need to spell this out as a benefit anymore. Twitter just likes to absolutely demolish things with compression.
