ALL SHOTS ANIMATED!!! I just need to do a few tweaks to some of the shots and we're all wrapped up on animation! This ran a little further into October than I had planned but I love how these last few shots came out. This'll probably be the last update on this before the proper full release~! Thank you so much to everyone who supported my during this project it was a really fun one to work on over September. The early access post for R5 will probably be a little delayed as I make those tweaks but should be wrapped up soon enough!

N Complete! I love this angle too much XD We're down to the final stretch now! Current in the process of coordinating VA work and sound design while I wrap up the last shot and tweaks to K/L since those feel a little too pink with the lighting

M down! Brain has been a bit soupy lately pushing this towards completion. My sleep cycle being through the middle of the day certainly isn't helping either. My perception of time is so whack lately. XD However, we're nearly there! Just two more scenes, the sound design, and the little things like the credits and stuff. Last two shots should be done by the end of the week or sooner!

GUH, K/L done! Falling behind a little but not by too much. Had a mild anxiety attack a couple days ago and ZZZ's 1.2 update came out and ate like half my day. So time is slipping a little. Luckily, Shot M should be a quick one and still give me time to round out the doodles this week. Might come back to these 2 and do a little more polish before shipping, but they're fine for now.

Shot J is up! Ended up reworking the angle a bit for a little extra variety. I might end up doing a little more work on it but I wanted to get started on the next shot to see how it'll line up with everything else first.

Shot I Down! Think I want to change up the angle for J, it feels a little too similar to the few shots before it, but I definitely want that storytelling beat in there, I'll probably play around with that some more tonight. Feels like time's moving fast now that we're on the clock with the first release going up today. Hopefully I can stay on schedule, I'd prefer this project doesn't bleed into October but I'm sure the sound design and casting absolutely will.
Update 09/21
Still more or less on track, I just forgot to account for sleep schedule slippage since its now technically tomorrow at the end of my days XD Shot H Complete! Plus I made some adjustments to G as well, the perspective felt a bit off with the peen character so be sure to check out the newer version too!

Shot G done! Nearly halfway there! Trying to make up a little ground on the schedule. Might need to tweak the coloring a tiny bit to better fit some of the other shots but I can do a unifying pass later, for now I think its fine

Saki feet OwO Shot F complete! A little behind schedule with the Caesar animation but we're in full swing for this project now! I've updated the roadmap accordingly, looks like most stuff just got shifted a couple days. I also realized one of the shots I had blocked out for too little time so I gave that an extra day too. Still looking like everything should be animated around the end of the month!
Update 09/13
Shot E down! GUH I did not expect this one to be nearly 40 frames XD but I still landed it on schedule! Might need to take a quick break to handle the doodles this week and maybe line something up for this friday. Have some ideas in mind that I should be able to take care of quick enough, I'll adjust the schedule accordingly once I'm back onto this project but I should be able to keep everything contained to september.
Update 09/11
Shot D complete! frames worked out pretty well for a bonus loop too! Ended up being a few more frames than I anticipated but I still cracked it out on schedule. Really happy with the squish and the bounce of it, gives it a lot of impact in the motion. Up next is E which might end up a bit long given the motion I want from it, but I think I can get it done on schedule, I just need to figure out how I'll fit my doodle page in this week XD Think I'll probably pick up the Shot A adjustments when I get to F since that one should be a shorter one. I also need to figure out how I'm doing early access for this project, think I'll do a post for each of the upcoming release batches a week or so before they properly go up. I'll figure that out by friday I guess XD Also thinking I might need to adjust the roadmap slightly to account for an extra impromptu animation for the 20th since I dont have anything queued for that yet. maybe I'll crack something simple out this weekend
Update 09/10
- Added some notes to the thumbnails page to act more like a roadmap for completion, might be a little tight on some of those deadlines but I should be able to stick to those targets as long as I don't get too carried away with other stuff like I did this weekend. Also has the planned release schedule in there so I can try to stay on track with that too
- Shots B/C completed, took me a hot minute to figure out how I wanted to set up the lighting inside the stall but we're cookin now!
