Huzzah! I did it! I made my first video since having a baby. And I'm really proud of it.

This my 10 Pitfalls Board Gamers Should Avoid. It's essentially a part 2 of my Mistakes video, but I wanted to give it a different name so it stood out.

I hope you enjoy it!

Actually yours,

Jon

A great compliment to your mistakes video. I am glad my wife and I avoided the "sleeving" syndrome. When we first got into games, and especially with Ticket to Ride, we were tempted to sleeve the cards. So glad we didn't. Luckily, at about the time we were going to purchase sleeves we played a game of Bunny Kingdom, at a local game cafe, with sleeved cards. I understand why the game's owner did it. He brought it with him nearly every week to play in an environment with food and drink, and he played with people he really didn't know (like us) and it helped protect his game. After we played, my wife and I chatted for a minute and realized we liked the game but couldn't stand the sleeves. So we avoided the sleeve trap. Oh, and we ordered Bunny Kingdom the same day.
