Animation #25

"I love Kivotos..." - Sensei, probably.

February Character Poll has concluded. Next release will be #26 Ichinose Asuna (Blue Archive), followed by #27 Kuki Shinobu (Genshin Impact).

p.s. I started attaching all, and some unreleased, extra uncensored NSFW pictures to most video posts - if they have any.

[Worklog]

Heh, I was trying to see how far I could push this old machine - I had it dip to uneasy levels about 7-15 frames per second during the whole intro sequence (first 10 seconds). With recording and editing magic though the resulting video is fine. The 'intimate' scenes aren't as affected since we're strategically disabling things. Though, hovering about 30fps during recording is a little... anyway it's gonna be fine.

I'm still working on body reactions. Animations from other creators are so fluid with all the little uneven jerks and tiny movements their actors make - especially the way the skin or body displaces or bounce. I want to find a way to create those rippling, jelly-like, displacement on the body with the Studio. I'll experiment with individual bone scaling when I get the time, at least this is the idea I'll try some time soon. It makes sense in my head, scaling different bone nodes up and down as it moves down the body away from the 'impact zone' creating a 'rippling' effect. I haven't tried it so I don't know how much we can get away with this, it isn't Blender.

I've been adding little delayed head-bobs, and still in the middle of tuning in the reaction of joints further away from the 'impact zone'. KK separates waist from the hips, and these two are a little bit tricky - just how much movement and twisting should there be? You've seen other animations, and some non-animations (aka the real stuff), and honestly, I think I'll prefer to have a level of unrealistic motion - referring to unrealistic bounce and jelly-like body reactions over the usual stiffness of real life. The only reason why this is even a question is because "what do people prefer?".

By the by, do let us know if the motion of my camera 'POV' bothers you.

I love the night, indoor scenes.

Anyway, nothing new to report for this animation. I should be writing a Creator studio log soon with some of the tips and tricks I've learned the past two months with KKS CharaStudio.

#26 wip Ichinose Asuna, early wip look at those massive mel--- chocolate feeding.
