Animation #78
Here's our current schedule again. This will be updated properly once the Character Poll begins. Hesitating to update the next cycle's schedule completely right now until we've planned a little bit more since I got trapped with schedule mishaps before when we found out some characters and mods are a little bit more difficult to work with. We're in the process of modifying current and new characters.

We've been watching the recent poll and we went ahead to get new Blue Archive characters along with a couple more characters for the other titles. It did take a bit of time to gather them and we're still in the process of converting and modifying each model individually to fit our postprocessing setup. Fortunately though we only have to do this edit once and we can use them multiple times in future releases.
You will definitely notice new entries for the coming Character Poll, though we can only fit so much characters into the poll so we might be adjusting the distribution of characters on the Character Poll based on the Audience Poll. I feel the current selection of characters we have we're putting up there in the poll are pretty solid picks. We're interested to see just how much you want Zhu Yuan's gyatt.
Anyway about this release I feel I'm not yet hitting the correct colours for an orange-dominant sunset theme. It still feels a little off when I'm trying to balance the theme colours with the human skin colour. I suppose I might need to do some reading or taking a looksie at other creators' works just to figure out if just faking the orange (not using it as ambient) would be a better play.
I'm thinkin' we could just fake the orange glows of the sun with fake shadows and adjustments to our point-lights, and just use our standard white-ish blue ambient lighting to not make it look too orange. I'm getting the feeling I'm just getting the order of postprocessing wrong - like I should probably be setting the Scene Shading colours to our usual white/blue or neutral colours and use light sources for the orange. That's probably how we're going to try out our next sunset-lit scene.
With this release, we're down to our final character for this cycle - our 6th place poll winner #79 Mio. The next cycle is looking to be fun with all the new titles joining.
