Jungkook being a main vocalist of BTS and sprinkling his color in all lane comes with a price. No matter what he does, it may not really sound too different because he’s done it all. Jungkook will do what he wants to do, no-one can say otherwise. He runs his own rule, i think army knows this by now. I’m here for whatever he does or wants to do before he is enlisted. Also i 💯 agree with all the business decision he’s making from the world’s biggest stage FIFA performance to rumored JB collab.This is only benefiting the group in the long run and i’m here for it.

Argument #1 (Jungkook having his own sound): Okay so we've had this discussion multiple times where people on the panel have said that they think Jungkook songs always sound like BTS. There's two main points I'm going to point out here. Jungkook has not yet had a Solo debut. SEVEN is literally going to be his first ever Solo debut. And before anyone tries to say "Well he has dreamers" or "He has Left & Right'' or "He has My You and Still With You", Okay #1 Dreamers doesn't count as a solo debut purely because of the fact that he was still representing BTS, it also wasn't a song that he wanted as his own, it was for the Official Soundtrack for the World Cup, so that doesn't count. #2 Left & Right doesn't count because 1 Jungkook is still referred to "Jungkook of BTS '' not just Jungkook, and two Left & Right was a collaboration. and #3 My You and Still with you don't count either because of the fact that those were Festa songs that were made for ARMY. Also, y'all can't go based off stuff like Euphoria, My Time or Begin because when BTS sing solo songs for their COLLECTIVE Group Album, there's a concept for the entire album, the solo songs that are in BTS albums are made/created for the sole purpose of telling the story throughout the album. An example would be their WINGS album, WINGS was all about temptation, fighting evil within yourself, which is why they all had songs to go with that theme, First Love, Stigma, Lie etc. So, technically you have never heard Jungkook solo yet. SEVEN will be the BEGINNING of what Jungkook sounds like as a solo artist, then his album will come out and we will get even more examples. Also, I do feel like everyone on the panel seem to forget that Jungkook was literally 14/15 when he debuted with BTS, all he's pretty much ever known is BTS and ARMY, he literally has spent more time with BTS and ARMY then he has with his whole family. So, it only makes sense that he constantly writes/sings songs that talk about his members, about us his fans, and about growing up in the industry. Everyone on the panel alway says "Why does Jungkook always make songs about BTS/ARMY or why does Jungkook's songs always sound like BTS", maybe it's because of the fact that unlike the other members, this life is basically all he's ever known, He literally said in one of his recent lives that he, he's gotten to the point that he couldn't imagine his life without ARMY. Out of all of the members Jungkook is definitely the most comfortable with ARMY, he has us tattooed on his hand, he has BTS tattooed on him as well, Whenever he gets drunk or whenever he is overthinking or whenever he feels lonely he goes on live because he said ARMYS are the ones who calm him down. He said that he relates to Justin Bieber's "Lonely" a lot and that should tell you a lot. Argument #2 (Jungkooks writing and producing process): Okay so Jungkook has written and produced way more songs then I think some people are aware of, so here are some examples (because for some reason I think some people are under the impression that he doesn’t really write and produce even though after the rapline he has the most credits) He was a songwriter for Dreamers, He wrote and produced My You, He was one of the songwriters for RUN BTS, He wrote and produced Film Out, He wrote Stay, He wrote telepathy, he wrote Outro: The Journey (A japanese track), He wrote and produced Your Eyes tell, He wrote and produced Still with you, He was one of the songwriters for My Time, He wrote and produced Declamonia, He wrote and produced Magic Shop, He wrote Introduction: Youth (Another Japanese track), He wrote and produced Love Is Not Over, He helped write RUN, He helped write Autumn Leaves, He helped write We Are Bulletproof Pt.2 (Note that he was literally like 16 here), He helped write No More Dream. These are just some of his writing and producing credits, and the fact that a lot of this stuff he wrote and produced when he was literally a teenager is crazy, Jungkook is 100% capable of writing and producing his own stuff and I’m highly confident he’s going to have songs on his album that he writes and produces. Argument #3 (Expectations) I agree with y’all a lot, I personally would be going into Jungkook's album with zero expectations, when SEVEN was announced everyone thought it was going to be about a song the members and ARMY, but then we found out that there was going to be an explicit version to the song, there’s going to be a female lead in the MV, and then the concept photos were released and mans was half naked lol, so SEVEN is most definitely not about the members nor ARMY. Also, if any of the other members' releases have taught me anything, that would be to just expect the unexpected because so far none of the members' releases have sounded like how I thought they would sound. So, I think going into this with no expectations would be the best idea Argument #4 (What would Jungkook want to get into?) I am 100% confident that Jungkook would want to get into anything that they could possibly let him get into. Jungkook is just a creative freak so to speak. He loves getting involved in the process, from what we’ve seen before, we know he can work the camera since he was the filmmaker/editor and producer for the Life Goes On Music Video, we know that he’s been practicing playing the drums and guitar, we know that he made the choreography for My Time so he can get into that, We know he can write and produce, we know he can SANG, we know he can rap. We know that he has the most versatile voice meaning his voice just literally fits with any and all genres perfectly. What is so scary about Jungkook is that this man is just a full on ASSASSIN. He can literally do anything. INFORMATION: on what Jungkook wants to get into (W/video Link) I strongly STRONGLY advise that before Jungkook's album comes comes out you watch the BE interview that him and Hobi did, where Hobi interviewed him and asked him questions, that would give y’all a lot of insight of what he want to get into when it comes to his solo album Here’s the Link: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=ZOwcwjC4D7A&ab_channel=BANGTANTV Argument #5 (What is Jungkook's wheel wheelhouse?) If you asked me I would say that Jungkook's wheel house is most definitely Pop and R&B, when I say R&B though I mean the more up-tempo R&B like Bryson Tiller, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, or ZAYN type sounding R&B. Don’t know if you know this but one of Jungkook's nicknames or things that the media and everyone always calls him is ‘Main Pop Boy’. Like I def think those two genres are his wheelhouse. OMG JUNGKOOK ON A SEXY ROCK BEAT: Y’all have to listen to his cover of Jungle by X Ambassadors that he did for a Coca Cola AD it was so good, I will link a short little video edit that someone made for it. Argument #6 (Humbleness) I 100% agree with y’all that’s why I love the rap lines music so much and why I loved Set me free pt.2 by Jimin so much, because they showed TF off. I love when BTS get their hands “dirty” so to speak. I love when they brag about how much they achieved, I love when they do intense choreos, I love when they make songs telling off the haters. I admire how humble they are, but I just wish a lot that they would just CLAPBACK. Literally one of my favorite songs of all time is What Do You Think? By Yoongi, that track went so hard and the whole song was just Yoongi putting people in their place. It’s just so satisfying for them to make music like that and have haters/antis get offended by it lol. Absolutely so many people shit on Jungkook for literally everything, he constantly receives so much hate, I just want him to make a song telling all of those people off and showing them who’s actually talented. INFORMATION ABOUT SEVEN: SEVEN is a Single not an album just to let y’all know, SEVEN is going to be set up like Dynamite was for the BE album. So, what they did is that instead of treating Dynamite like a pre-release they treated it like a full on SINGLE with heavy promotion, playing it everywhere and hyping it alot, then they released BE. That’s exactly what they’re doing with SEVEN, SEVEN is a single and then Jungkook's album will be coming out later on. As much as people say Jungkook is so loved I always feel like his achievements are not necessarily overlooked but definitely critiqued more which is so unfair, he should be rewarded just as much as the other members! Can’t wait for seven, can’t wait for his upcoming album, honestly this last year has been crazy busy and all of the members solos have exceeded expectations so bring on Jungkook, Tae and possibly an album from Jin once he returns (as he said in the festa dinner he’d be the grand finale 👀), im so excited 💜

I do agree 💯 with you about him being the most critiqued member. I don’t why though. His work is always sliced and diced more than anyone else’s. He’s for some reason put into higher pedestal than others which i think is unfair.
