I'm so proud of yoongi. The funny thing is that Yoongi could ALWAYS dance, he just didn't want to lol His style is just more laid back than the others.

Yoongi has always had the ability to be a great dancer. He was into b-boying pre-BTS/Pre-HYBE/Bighit Ent. This dance practice confirmed my thoughts from years ago that if Yoongi really wanted to show the fuck off, or be in the danceline, he could be without a doubt. He just needed to get his shoulder fixed, and learn some things- which he did. And seeing this makes me feel so proud of him. Also, the comments of this practice room- I was thinking about it when I saw it too, and it most likely is the same practice room but it's been halved. BTS's practice room is able to split into two rooms, so if Jimin was practicing for his promotional performances when this was recorded... he might have used one side while Yoongi used the other. Or, it could be TXT's Practice room. I would say Le Sserafim's practice room since they were in Japan more recently so he might have been able to use their practice room, but I doubt they'd put a whole basketball hoop up just to make it fit Yoongi.... though, I wouldn't put it past them lol. My top 5 BTS dance practices.. 'Just One Day' - The chaotic and hilarious 'let's all over-act and make Tae lose his shit so we have to cut every 20 seconds' War of Hormone- the war version- something about Yoongi accidentally slapping RM in the face, only to have his head bonked on the ceiling a few times by JK bouncing him on his shoulders, the chaotic Jimin and Namjoon whiplash dancing, Hobi being extra loud, Jin being handsomely chaotic.... it was a mess, but the best mess. Blanket Kick/Embarrassed - This Dance practice was just hilarious. The live in Japan- I think it was, was just as chaotic. Run BTS- It's hard hitting, the guys did amazing and they just killed it. Everyone shined and I love that about them. Butterfly- I can never seem to get this out of my top 5 dance practices... and Spring Day is usually number 5 but RUN BTS bumped it off.... sorry Queen, lol. But this dance practice was just so beautiful, intricate, and just... ugh... I can't even explain it's just personally a favorite. Thanks as always for the drop. You guys make Wednesday mornings better lol. 💜💜💜

i’ve always felt like yoongi could easily be part of dance line even though we barely got center yoongi during bts choreos he’s always on the side devouring. also adding the fact that he used to bboy predebut and was doing some backup dancing for other groups with 3J he might’ve even been on the original lineup before his shoulder injury. it’s crazy watching back some of their older dance practice videos and seeing him dance that impeccably, you could never tell!

RDM46

He apart of Dance line now.. He been killing it.. I thought on Run BTS he ate the most.. He smoked That That and now he eating every time he dance.. he just killing it overall

RDM46

Thank you Queen.. For this and all your other input.. I enjoy reading all your comments

Grace B.

If you can buy the tracks and maybe the digital album too 🙏💜 lets support him

This dance practice was a pleasant surprise. Especially with all his complains about dancing in the past. Lol

2023-06-13 03:18:00 Even though Yoongi is a really good dancer, the reason why he wasn't ever added to the dance line is because yes, he's good and he has good energy but he doesn't execute the moves the same way as the dance line. Yoongi is an incredible dancer, however just because your good at something doesn't mean you just magically get added to an unit. I feel like a lot of people/ARMYS forget how much the dance line does, like the dance line aren't just the center of the formations, they do ALOT backstage and behind the scenes as well. The dance line teach the other members the choreo, the dance line stay longer at dance practices and discuss with their choreographer about how to maybe better the choreo, the dance line sometimes are even the ones who MAKE the choreo, Hobi has made or come up with moves plenty of times, Jungkook also has dance choreo credit, he made the choreography for My Time. It's like y'all forget these important aspects, and the members have their set positions for a reason, and they all RESPECT each others positions in the group. The only ones who seem to not respect it are the fans. Just because the rapline are decent vocalist doesn't make them apart of the vocal line, just because the vocal line can rap a bar or two doesn't make them apart of the rap line. Like I said Yoongi is a really good dancer, however, he doesn't have the same techniques, expirence, flow, facial expressions and control as someone like Jimin or Hobi would have (and Tae/Jungkook). There's nothing wrong with that, it's just fact. If Yoongi was to become a Lead Dancer or Main Dancer (which are the only two positions in the dance line, nobody is just a "dancer", you're either a Lead and Main) he would have to work maybe just a little bit harder, and like I said there's nothing wrong with that, and also it wouldn't be called a "dance line" if literally every single member was apart of it, so they gathered the ones with the most expirence, the most practice, the most fluent & expressive. Of course Yoongi is going to be a good dancer, he's been doing dancing for 10+ years, he's an idol, there's very few idols who lack in dancing, because they literally get trained. If that was the case, if someone just became apart of the dance line because they were decent or good, then dance lines wouldn't exist because all the members would just be apart of the dance lines. There's a difference between being a good dancer and having idol expirence vs someone who is actual Main Dancer/Lead Dancer material.

someone saying “yoongi could easily be part of dance line” under the comments of a reaction channel on patreon offended you this much to be writing a 10 page dissertation? lmao can’t make this up 😭

blue
