Kai is actually the most emotional member with Chanyeol. This song was written by Lay and the translated by Chen and Chanyeol the whole rap was by chanyeol. Its an apology from exo to fans when back in 2014 members left and exo broke the promise of We Are one it’s a very sad song.

Also Exo was originally 12 member group split in to two exo k for korean and exo m for mandarin. But they always did the title sings together but based on the language for example when they sang Overdose in Korean the mv it had all the members but the K members took lead same with Overdose Mandarin version M members took the lead but all of exo was in it. Then in 2014 two Chinese members left. And Exo stopped the whole Exo m/k units and united as one EXO. And in 2015 after call me baby the last Chinese member left and Exo became 9 and since then there hasn’t been a line up change. Lay couldn’t promote with Exo since 2017 cuz China and Koreas political issues since Lay himself is the biggest c-pop artist. But he made a cameo in 2018 tempo and even had lines in the Chinese version. Since then we saw Lay in the Don’t fight the feelings CB. Lay is still in Exo but he didn’t resign with SM. And at the moment 2 members are in the military Chanyeol and Baek only Kai and Sehun the youngest haven’t gone yet but will go either beginning of next year or in the next summer. We might get a full Exo comeback in the beginning of next year hopefully cuz baek and Chanyeol will be released then. This song was for their fans bc they broke their Promise to stay as 12 members since during this time (Kris,Luhan,Tao) the 3 Chinese members left the group The song is written by Chanyeol,Lay and Chen Lay wasn’t in this concert The one who did the rap is Chanyeol EXO really have the best vocal line in kpop

Thank you! Curt got it spot on! It’s a promise to the fans after everything that happened to EXO in 2014 with the first 2 Chinese members leaving, it’s one of the very few times they ever talked about it publicly. So it’s super meaningful. And Keith: guy with the pink hair is Xiumin (Shoo Min), the oldest member of the group. EXO is so fantastic live, I can’t wait for you all to hear more. The best guide is definitely the one by Pastel Kookies, but if that’s too long, I would recommend the one by Bacon현. Also a side note, Lay has emphasized that he was not leaving EXO, even though he is no longer under contract to SM. Basically SM no longer gets a cut of his solo work.

Xiumin is the one with the pink hair!! He’s a true ace and can do it all! He’s the next one to release a solo so stay tuned! Also Lay hasn’t left the group, but he did leave SM. No one really knows what that means but he’s said over and over again that he’s EXO for life. 😅
