Warning: Sorry for the long post 😅: Actually their music videos have an order because they tell a story that starts from their pre-debut. The two moons that you guys have noticed in another video or two are part of that story. If you’d like a summary or breakdown you can look for "skz prequel highlight reel" where the SKZ Universe is explained a bit by Chan himself. But actually your reactions are quite normal for this song because, when this video came out it took awhile for non STAYs to understand and realize how it ties into their universe and recognize that they’re talking about mental illness and depression. The Universe is also present in Gods Menu as well as it served as the end and beginning of a new era in SKZ universe. I recommend watching District 9, Voices, I Am You, Levanter and Astronaut as well to see a bit more of the story line. As for the new era with Gods Menu they begin on the same album in their Mixtape series ( Gone Days, On Track , OH) and B Me, Ex, which create another story line and go on into the Noeasy album which i recommend checking out the trailers and the remaining MV’s for it to learn about the new story line (they ALL tie in and create a bigger picture even though the story line changes just a bit). I appreciate your honesty and love watching and supporting your reactions because of it!! 🔥👏🏽

In the hook there is a voice listing all the side effects of medication. If you listen carefully, you hear: "All the side effects includes nervousness, insomnia, nausea, agitation, anxiety..." and so on and so forth. This is why you only hear "my head hurt" because behind it there is someone listing side effects hence the name of the song.

so stray kids have like this storyline going on since debut so people that haven't been into the whole storyline wouldn't really get what was going on in this video though yall were kind of on the mark with what was happening in the video, them going on a trip expecting everything to go fine but it goes south really quick what yall most likely didn't catch was the parallel universe going on like when they got on the bus near the ending before the last drop there were actually two version, one was where they got on the bus and were sleeping like everything was fine and the other half on the bottom was them missing the bus and going through some shit lmaoo honestly it is difficult to explain their story line bc a lot of stays don't even know what's going on either but theyre in some sort of simulation and one of the members is a "glitch" in that simulation and knows that eveything they're experincing isn't real and it really shows in side effects because nothing was going right but they continued acting like everything is okay loved this reaction and your thoughts on the mv and song, this was the beginning of stray kids "noise music" as many people did not like this song because of how "noisy" it was (which is the whole point) but they gained many fans from there on out!
