I'm trying write some new events for v0.13 of A Very Full House, but I'm running into some writers block and need something to get me started. Hopefully a quick session of Thousand Year Old Vampire will do the job!

Recap

When we left off we were the ageless Succubus Chastity, Duchess of the realm of Helvia inside of the Holy Roman Empire. The year is 1450 (or so; time is fuzzy) and for over a hundred years we have ruled, fading from public view and reemerging as our own daughter when the courts become suspicious of our eternal youth.

Last session also saw a major shakeup in the state of our fellow immortals. A fellow succubus, Victoria, has appeared. The two now share a hunting ground, feasting on the emotions of the courts of the HRE and circling each other like sharks. Victoria also reconnected us with our sire, the vampyre Faron. In an uncontrollable fit of lust Chastity chained up her creator and used him until he was a shriveled husk of his immortal self. She keeps his undying remains chained in her bedroom.

On with the game!

We ended on prompt #9 last session. I roll the standard dice, a 1d10-1d6. I get a 5 and a 6, so we slip back to prompt #8. We've been here before, so we move onto the second part of the prompt.

"You gain an advantage over an immortal Character. What do you take from them? What do you learn? Convert a Memory to a Skill; Strike out that Memory. Gain a mysterious Resource."
Memory 6 (Jealousy)
I travel to France and, at great expense, track down the wolf-man
Kylian. His scent is intoxicating and I wish to throw myself at him, but I have something sweeter to offer us both. I tell him of tender Victoria, so soft and unaware of the dangers that await her in the dark places of the world.
Skill
A Wolf in Heat (Replaces Memory (Lust)); There is no greater drive in nature than to
fuck. To rut and howl and breed. Everything else is just a lie we tell to ourselves.

Oh Victoria, this might end poorly for you! I strike out Memory 4 (Lust) and convert it into our new Skill. With the loss of that memory we have also forgotten our first encounter with Faron and that he turned us into a succubus in the first place. Chastity no longer remembers a time when she wasn't a succubus; from here she'll only grow more distant from her humanity.

Onwards we go! I roll a 3 and a 3, so we stay at prompt #8 and move onto the third part.

"A Character you've angered has powerful allies. Create a new enemy immortal Character who is the face of the mysterious group which harries you. Check a Skill to escape their grasp. Take the Skill Time to Leave. Move to a far-off region and lose any stationary Resources. Take a new name."
Memory 8 (Fear of Destruction)
The matriarch
Marcelline arrives in the middle of the night. She comes for her son and my head, revenge for what I have done to him. She is carried on wings of midnight black and has eyes like bottled starlight. Any who stand in her way are torn limb from limb. Swords do not pierce her. The cross does not repel her.
I feel her coming like a stormfront, and I am on my horse before the hurricane arrives. I ride for days without stopping, buying or stealing new mounts when I need to. When I reach the coast I sell myself to secure passage upon a boat. The Nina carries me to the shores of England; I steal it's name for my own in hopes that my pursuer will not follow me this far. Nina is what I will be known as here, for as long as I must remain.

Immortal
Marcelline, Matriarch of Darkness; An ancient vampyre, fiercely protective of her progeny. I have killed her "son" Faron and now she seeks my destruction in return.
Skills
Time to Leave; I have been hunter just as I have been hunted. I know how to escape from the clutches of one such as myself.

Well fuck. I mark off the skill "Horseback riding" - a skill that dates back to our pre-immortal days. Chastity has a number of resources tied to her identity as the Duchess of Helvia - the Helvia Guard, her claim to royal blood, blackmail material. I don't remove these entirely, but if I'm forced to use them I will also have to reveal myself to Marcelline. If I cannot return in a human lifetime, or if I forget the name Chastity, I'll mark those resources off.

Now to brush up on some history! We arrive on the shores of England in the late medieval period, around 1460, a few years after the conclusion of the Hundred Years' War and a few years before the War of the Roses. I imagine Marcelline is allied closely with the French nobility - Faron use to be, at least - so I hope the lingering hostile relationship between France and England will shield me for a period of time.

Alright, one more prompt to see how we begin to settle down in England. I roll a 9 and a 6, so we go to prompt #11. We've seen every option there, so we advance to prompt #12 instead.

Memory 8 (Fear of Destruction)
The puritan streak of these foreigners surprise me after centuries in decadence of the royal courts of the Empire. For weeks I suffer, growing
hungrier and hungrier until I am ready to throw myself at the nearest piece of meat and fuck them until I am satisfied! I am saved by Madam Raine. She takes me in, shelters me, and in her service I find the satisfaction I crave without revealing myself.

Mortals
Madam Raine; a kind older woman who employs and protects many of the street prostitutes' in London. She has sheltered me, and I believe I owe her my life.
Skills
Body for Coin; There are few who excel in the world's oldest profession as I do. My hips command a kings random, though a handful of coin will usually suffice.

I mark off the skill "I Control the Beast". Nina has had to exercise all of her substantial willpower to remain undetected in London, and she's almost certain to fail if she's forced to do this again. With Madam Raine's help I imagine a number of years pass and we establish something of a stable life.

It's been a sharp fall for our succubus this session, but we're alive and positioned to start clawing our way back! Marcelline and her "family" of immortal vampyres are going to have to be dealt with unless we want to be hunted for the rest of our existence.
