Firebrand Concept Sketch! (Patreon)

We're onto full body art of the very last major NPC - the Firebrand! Here's an initial character sketch for her. Her design slipped from "Punk" to "Pastel goth" while I was working on her outfit, and I think I'm pretty happy about that. I'm going to tweak some of her anatomy (I think her left hip looks a little strange, in particular), and then I can start working on the full quality lineart!

Yeah the "centaur effect" is something I'm going to try and fix up - I think it's a side effect of some janky off hip placement + a huge butt?

I considered something like that to emphasize her backside (since she IS the butt focused character), but I decided to stick with a more standardized front-facing posture. Her butt will get plenty of attention when I draw her some focus frames.
