As stated before, I could not give an exact release date at the moment because I am not sure how long will the review from DLsite takes and I am also not sure if they will be having break during Christmas (most likely not).
Therefore, if you have any confusion regarding the release date, please read the posts and that's all the info I can provide with certain.

As stated in the tier description, you would need to subscribe for one month only. When that satisfies, please feel free to unsubscribe your pledge. We have your email in our database and we will send the following files to you via email.

Q&A: Do I need to leave an email to you?

It will be recommended to do so, as a backup. We will send to your patreon email by default and if that fails, we will send to your backup email if there is one.
