It'll be fun to watch along with you on this one! I feel like even if the trope of being "inside a game/story" isn't the most original thing in the world, this drama still has a very unique-feeling tone for a korean BL. I also really love our main actor and his character, I feel like he has a lot of personality when sometimes in less developed BLs characters can feel a little one-note.

Myungha’s got a “bad” reputation when he was 19 and people call him Mad Dog that’s why people are nervous around him and also why when we saw him interact with his grandmother, she asked him “did you lose a fight again?” because he’s always getting into fights. Basically, the world is the same as the real world except the characters from the novel also exists in the game world and Myungha’s mission is to make Yeowoon happy and to basically change the trajectory of his life. As we saw earlier, when Myungha prevented Yeowoon from jumping off the rooftop, he basically saved him from “hurting his leg” which was referenced. There’s a couple more things like that throughout the show. This BL is such a nice surprise to a lot of us! Me personally, I checked this out just to support Woongki because I really love him. I went into this show thinking this is gonna be a cute little high school love story and I did not expect it to be this deep and expansive! I’m very impressed with how ambitious this story is and how well they executed it! It immediately shut up to the most famous Korean BLs together with Semantic Error and honestly deserved! I can’t wait to watch this show with you. 🩷
