I just finished the episode and you did great! I absolutely agree with your views on the topic of fandom culture and stereotypes in Kpop and how unfortunate and almost heartbreaking it is that so many people can't let themselves enjoy something that they might actually like or even just give it one chance with an open mind and no prejudice. Kpop is music and entertainment that can absolutely be enjoyed by ANYONE, no matter who they are, where they come from or what backround they have and the fact that so many people just stamp Kpop and their fans of as immature and toxic teenage girls that only care about visuals and fantasies and not music and that the extremely hardworking and dedicated artists are not actually artists but trend chasers for quick and easy success and mindless, fake products with music and groups that all look and sound the same when that is absolutely not true at all is really disgusting to me, as well as the extreme xenophobia, racism and homophobia that people have towards Kpop and how they justify those views as valid reasons to not like it or any of the artists. On the other hand, I completely agree with the toxic fan culture in Kpop and how some fans feel entitled and like they own the artists they like just because the support them and spend time, energy and money on them to the point where said artists can't even date, have families or go outside and meet up with people and have fun like anyone else and how outrageous that is. Not to mention the sheer amount of people that make up scandals and accusations against the artists they don't like just for the sake of ruining their reputations and careers and tearing them down, knowing fully well that they could completely ruin an innocent persons life like it's nothing and that people will just blindly believe it. It already happened SO many times in Kpop and it's still happening to this day and it's beyond me how someone could do something like this to someone else just because they don't like them or because they just want to cause drama and gain attention.
