Yeah, I agree basically with all of your vibes here., especially on the first mini. Cool Sweet Hot Love is kind of... vibey but doesn't feel like a song with a clear journey to me? If that makes sense. I like parts of it but as a whole it isn't my favorite. Light Me Up.... a major major favorite - especially the Wendy version. YOU MUST watch Wendy's video from this year on Wendy day (her birthday). 100% MUST. Apparently she started singing it with that lyric mod on the La Rouge tour and it stuck. You like piano right? :D :D :D I have to immediately leave this comment before continuing to watch because... this is urgent.

For me I get what you're saying about wishing they had some more straightforward R&B sweet songs and vibes in current stuff, but I also feel like for me they have found a better more unique balance of their personal stamp on a song instead of it necessarily sounding like it could almost be a song from any other group if that makes sense? I mean they still have more straight forward songs like Color of Love for example, or Hello Sunset from Queendom, Good Bad Ugly I feel like is a good example of a balanced but still very R&B/jazz vibey song from Feel My Rhythm. But I also understand how much it really stands to showcase the artists themselves when the production is pared back and straightforward on a song where you basically can let the background really be unimportant and focus just on the vocals, like how gorgeous the last two songs are on this 2nd mini-album. They just aren't as interesting for me in other ways? So I don't really listen to them on a regular basis, although they are beautiful. I don't think you've done Wendy's whole solo album yet, but I think you would like it - although of course it features only Wendy (and Seulgi) the tracks are more straight forward and just there to support a vocalist in their skills. I can't remember if you already did a react to Would U, but it is very OST vibes and charming and cute.... also a must recommend, I think you would really like it and it is a video as well. :)
