btw, I think Changsub had another schedule during the shooting... I remember looking it up because I was confused about him disappearing and they never explain it... I guess he was just busy with other things? lol

I enjoyed SF9 the most too because it was such a fresh and captivating stage. I’m still waiting for the movie! I also loved iKON and BTOB. Minhyuk for the love of G**! I purposely waited until I was done work to watch your reaction because he’s so distracting. 🫣 One point I want to make because it was so controversial at the time was a lot of people thought SKZ scored low because of I.N. I don’t think so. I think the judges’ standard for this round’s concept was Reborn aka make this song sound like it would come from the group’s discography. SKZ didn’t do a SKZ song, they covered BTOB’s song. They gave an amazing performance no matter what but it just felt like they did a song that wasn’t the best fit for them. The original vocals were written for Eunkwang, Changsub, Hyunsik, and Sungjae - and SKZ wouldn’t create a song the same way because their vocalists don’t sing the same way as BTOB vocalists. It’s kinda like how Bobby did his own rap for Inception and iKON’s cover of Jikjin. He didn’t do the original raps because it would most likely sound odd when he does it since he doesn’t rap the same way. Some parts are really distinctive because of who raps/sings them. I hope that makes it clear what I’m trying to say, I’m not hating on SKZ, I just wish they had picked a different song or changed it more.
