https://youtu.be/Yp0GWC1pQAk this translation is better for sad kids. this song is actually a continuation of 2 kids. taemin said that it’s about 2 kids who grew up and think back about how they were before, and wonder what would have happened if they had acted and said things in another way

Strings is one of my favorite Taemin songs. Unfortunate that some of these lyric translations are way off but there are some good suggestions already on places to see more accurate ones.

People have given some better lyric suggestions already, but yup they were waaay off in some places..😂..Advice has to be my favourite..it's just a masterpiece from the lyrics to the choreo to the MV. I especially love the Salsa 3 step added in the choreo. I kinda think the album title is the connection..Advice from yourself to yourself..learning as you've grown up. That's just my view though. If I Could Tell You is my second favourite..just because it's so calm and beautiful...valuing friendship over self. I love the half singing/ half rap style which gives it a unique difference rather than just a standard ballad. All the songs are excellent vocally though. Strings is my third best, I love the lyrics..It's very sensual and sexy and the instrumental is complementing the lyrics so well..And yes that last white outfit in Advice is fire.. I've followed SHINee for so long that I kinda half see Taemin as the baby. .but that outfit was woah OK he's definitely a grown man now..😆..

Advice is such a stunning mv, especially every look was incredible, the photobook for that album is beautiful. If I Could Tell You is my favourite, precisely for that underwater, floaty feel. Taeyeon has songs with Taemin, Key and Jonghyun (Lonely - you haven't watched it yet), it would be fun if she did collabs with Minho and Onew at some point. Her recent release INVU is amazing. Strings is a close second favourite. I can't wait for him to be discharged, it's such a relief that he's sneakily using the new manager account to post Kkoongie pics now.

Oh wow, I never realized it but Strings DOES remind me of Love on the Brain. I do love it for it’s sexiness, but I think If I Could Tell You is currently my favorite because I’m obsessed with the rapid-fire pre-chorus bits
