The Pattern Club (Patreon Updates) (Patreon)

Hello friends, and Happy New Year! 🥰 I hope that you all have had a wonderful 2022, and I hope that 2023 will be even better for everyone!

Earlier last year, I stated that the Pattern Club will now be $8 monthly. This month is a transitional period; I will still provide you all (that are subscribed to the $6.50 tier) with January's Exclusive Pattern! However, after February, I will only provide the Exclusive Patreon Pattern to the $8 tier, newly named: The Pattern Club! 😆


Some Q and A:

Q: If I don't change from the $6.50 tier to the official $8 tier, will I still be charged?
A: Yes. Patreon will still charge you regardless of wether you change tiers or not. Because of this, I highly recommend changing tiers asap!

Q: After February, if I don't change tiers, will I still recieve the Exclusive Patterns?
A: Unfortunately, no. The $6.50 Pattern Club Tier will be officially null and void starting February 1st.

Q: How do you change tiers?
A: it's pretty simple! All you have to do is:
While logged in to your patron profile, click the Settings link from the left sidebar navigation
Click the Active memberships link from the menu bar
Locate the creator and click the Edit link
Click the Edit button in the SUMMARY section of the payment page
Click the Join button for the tier you’d like to switch to
Review your new tier and payment details and click the Update button to confirm. And you're done!

*Note, im not allowed to change your tier from my end (imagine how terrible that would go 😭), so this is solely an action you have to do yourself!


Q: Why are you raising the price of The Pattern Club?
A: Originally, the Pattern Club was $1.50 higher than my public patterns on my Etsy! However, due to Etsy fees raising, I raised my Etsy pattern prices as well. To me, it doesn't make sense (or seem fair) to choose to pay either $6.50 for one Etsy pattern, or pay the same price for an exclusive pattern that will never be released to the public. Additionally, you now have immediate acess to 13 patterns at this moment, and $6.50 for all the patterns you're able to acesss at this moment seems unbalanced.

I want to thank all 200 of you for making my 2022 so much better. I truly love making patterns for you all to make (even though some mistakes are made along the way 😅). I promise to always have a good pattern from now on: one without mistakes! You deserve it after all 🥰👏🏽
