What secondary fetish would you like to appear in fattening carreer (Patreon)

I frequently get request to add this or that to the game, and i would like to know which ones are liked most. All these will have toggles to turn it off. Feel free to suggest something if its not in the list(some stuff is not in the list because i don't like it myself for example vore)
