Is there a limit to how big you want to see the girls get? if yes then where would you like their weight to plateau. Lets take Daisy as reference because she is the fattest of them all.

I think the real issue isn't preference of fans or artist, but skill and tool limitations, daz3d doesn't really model ssbbw's nearly as well as bbw's. You might be able to get away with it though if you were to restrict the poses you used severely. Without soft body physics fat won't pool on a model that lies down, but nor will it bunch or crease on a model that sits up. So you need a model to stand and lean back slightly, or perhaps sit and lean back slightly to try and hide these flaws that end up making ssbbw's uncanny valley in daz3d work. Vam2 which might come out sometime in 2023(or4) will have softbody physics (and operate on the daz3d genesis8 model), otherwise if you wanted to render a super fat woman in 2022 you'd have to learn blender, which is probably 100 times harder to learn than daz3d (although maybe not, who knows.) Easiest first step though I suppose is to see how you do by vastly reducing the poses of said model. As such. I think ssbbw's in your game shouldn't be main characters. If the character is central to your plot and has 50 unique poses at a previous size stage the audience will be upset if the new size stage has only a couple poses. That'd be my advice at least, pre-plan who it will be, and don't over use them, or you'll find yourself painting into a corner. {edit: You've mentioned in another comment you've already tested it, but I reckon that means you tested it using favorable poses. For example katherine has so many awesome poses, I'm not sure if they'd look right at all were she to become an ssbbw}

I'm pretty sure he's using VAM currently instead of DAZ. Or at the very least it looks like some of it is.

I don’t have a limit in terms of weight (the bigger, the better) however I do know that the models have limits to how big they can get before it starts looking bad. But I think there’s still a good while away before that limit is reached
