Finishing commissions and starting an 18+ GAME! (Patreon)

Heyo! Sorry for the absence recently and happy new year!

With this post I've included a couple gif animations, a faux metroid gameplay animation I've shared before, and the ZIP for my game idea! I'm going for a Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission style game with powerups and looping levels with super tight shooting gameplay and 18+ animated loops after defeating foes!

At the end of October I started getting prepped to move in with a friend out of state but unfortunately a month later it didnt work out and the move never happened. I need to be more financially stable before I try moving again. The holiday season was pretty difficult for me financially and mental health-wise. I took a handful of commissions for the move and am still working through them. Luckily I'll be finished with commissions at the end of the month and I can focus on the game full-time!

Attached to this post is a .zip folder containing the GDD(Game Design Doc) which is still very much wip since I've been very busy with commissions. I hope it gives some ideas as to how the game will play! I appreciate any feedback or ideas you might have such as inspiration for enemies and gameplay ideas, share them in my discord server.
